APS Energia launches assembly plant in Russia and delays IPO


Poland’s power applications manufacturer, APS Energia is opening its assembly plant in Russia next month, the firm’s CEO Piotr Szewczyk said in his interview for Parkiet.com. Additionally, the IPO which was previously planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2015 was delayed by the board of managers to June.

The company is developing in the eastern markets. Just over a month to start their own assembly plant in Russia.

Manufacturer of emergency power supply systems in the past year recorded record sales in Russia and has secured contracts there until at least 2018. For this reason, we decided to start on that market our equipment assembly plant. It will begin in a month – says Piotr Szewczyk, President of APS Energia.
