China Container Exports to US Accelerating Even as its GDP Growth Slows

Summary China’s containerized exports to the U.S., which account for just under half of all containers shipped by sea into the U.S. market, were 7.17 million 20-foot equivalent containers, or TEUs, in the January-September period versus the prior year, up 6.4 percent, according to PIERS.
